Right from our first viewings, they were easy to deal with and, as our sale progressed, continued to keep us up to date with regular emails and phone calls. They were always happy to answer any questions we had (and there were a lot as we were moving from one side of the country to the other), and were very patient! My wife and I viewed a property in Minehead that was for sale from Greenslade Taylor Hunt. The experience that we received was outstanding, Katie's knowledge of the home was first class and nothing was too much trouble and even accompanied us on a walk up through the Woods to the properties boundary's. It was the fact that they had obviously done their homework on the property and had answers to all our questions and even a lot of information that was important to be able to make an informed decision. I have recently had the experience of helping my son let his house and we chose Gth Minehead which was the best decision ever. Having had a previous experience of letting my own house with a totally different estate agent many years ago which was a disaster I was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have worried as from the very first time I met Carriann and Kara they were absolutely amazing and made the whole process seamless. I do not usually write reviews but feel these two ladies at Gth Minehead deserve the praise they work so hard for. From the very first visit I felt totally confident they would find my son the right tenant. Carriann was very polite and professional and has extensive experience in letting properties so is extremely knowledgable and answered my never-ending questions with ease. What I look for in a professional organisation is transparency, honesty, politeness, punctual to appointments, professionalism and quick responses to my enquiries all of which Carriann and Kara do and have with so much more to offer. I like the fact Kara always answers your emails very promptly which is sadly lacking in many companies today and always has the time to take your calls or a friendly chat in the office if you pop in, nothing was ever too much trouble. Kara is always extremely professional and polite at all times and I especially like the fact that Carriann and Kara work closely and very well together to help you find the right tenant. There is no pressure to take a particular tenant you are included in the process all the way through. Both Carriann and Kara are very rare employees and a very valuable asset to Gth Minehead as they will excel wherever they work they are always happy and smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble with an amazing work ethic and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to let their properties to visit Carriann and Kara at Gth Minehead to see the professional service they provide for themselves, you will not be disappointed. We recently purchased a house through Caroline Ferris at the Minehead office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, after pulling out of a different property listed with them. Caroline kept in touch and suggested potential properties, being proactive but sensitive to our circumstances and timeframes. Each time we visited the property, she let us have plenty of time to look around and get a feel for the place, even offering to meet us on her day off. While Caroline was clear that she was working for the seller, we felt very well supported and guided by her. She helped with local recommendations and kept in touch to keep momentum moving on the purchase. There were a number of people in the chain, and Caroline was very helpful in trying the help sort out issues and make sure that the purchase went ahead, keeping us in the loop at every stage. I haven’t met another agent who is as proactive and helpful, and genuinely caring about the people involved. Thank you for helping during what is a difficult and stressful process! Katie Jo, who works in the Minehead office, was also very helpful.

I've dealt with a lot of estate agents searching for our ideal property. I can honestly say that GTH was not your typical agents.... I truly felt like I was dealing with a family run agent and they stood out in how they sold the property.
