Rented a property from Connells, at the end of term landlord tried to exploit and grab the deposit and Connells acted like they can’t take any responsibility. Connells were the ones rented the property and should’ve taken some responsibility.

GoogleMark @ Connells, took over the sale of my late mother's house from a previous estate agent in Yeovil. The previous agent always had an excuse as to why there was not much interest, where as Mark was confident he could sell it and he did! Great service provided and I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleI recently completed on the sale of a house using the Yeovil Branch. Mark booked the viewing and met me at the property (probate sale) he was very professional, friendly and instantly made me want to use Connells. Mark talked me through all the options available, making sure that I was happy and understood the process. The EPC valuation and the photographer were booked within a day or so and the property was marketed. The listing was perfect, the photos really did the property justice and I was over the moon. Mark and the team kept me up to date with viewings and progress on the sale. Needless to say there was offer very quickly. As previously mentioned this was a probate sale, the team at Yeovil were aware of this and literally took care of everything for me. Absolutely amazing service from the whole team, including the legal team which was recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connells in Yeovil. He was straight on the case, came around within days to value the property & organised everything that I needed to proceed. I was so pleased to see it on the market way ahead of my schedule and had many viewings within the first few days. The team at Connells are all polite, friendly & courteous, nothing is too much trouble for them. Terrible service, this company will just treat you like a number. Remember you are not important to them. 1st they sold me a flat of non standard construction they claim they didn't know that, but there iwn surveyor know that without looking at the flat!

From Matt who I met with initially and who explained everything I needed to know, which helped me decide that Connells was the right choice for me, to Mark, James and Joe who were always on the end of the phone throughout the whole process. They were all polite, reliable and offered support during what was at times a stressful experience. I would highly recommend Mark and his team and thank them all for their help and support.

GoogleI would just like to thank Mark, and his team for a great customer experience, from Day 1 Mark understood our full needs and requirements and went beyond his job before and after lockdown to ensure we had all the information and advice we needed. The house sale was very slick and follow ups also, communication at times with Connells Solicitors in Wales became very frustrating due to staff on furlough but again Mark and James worked on their behalf to find out what was going on. This channel on communication from Solicitors is the only critic from us but this has nothing to do with the Connells team. Mortgage and Insurance advice through Martyn was first class and he also worked hard for us to meet deadline that has been placed on us all in regards to the CV-19 pandemic. I have already recommended their services to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again Team Connells - First Class!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They took my deposit after assuring me I would get the apartment, fully knowing my situation. Once they had my money, the communication became almost impossible you can’t reach them after 12pm, and they completely stopped responding to messages and calls.

GoogleCompletely above and beyond service from Connells. Dealt with Mark in particular. Seamless communication between me as the buyer and the seller facilitated by Mark, chaperoning the solicitors from offer to completion in 6 weeks (there was no chain). I asked for a few extra things of the seller and Mark managed to get all of these resolved very very quickly, always the same day, sometimes within hours. This included the initial offer which wasn’t stressful because of the service provided. I’d happily recommend to anyone. I said I’d never move again because of past experiences, but I’d move again if this service could be replicated - although my house is perfect, so that won’t be happening!

GoogleOur experience with Connels has been fantastic. A big "Thank you" for all the support received trough the years . Every time our renting process was great from the start to finish, leading to positive outcome even when we had some issues with one of the landlords. Loi the lettings manager very supportive, Sheryl very helpful, friendly and approachable. My sister in law moved sudden abroad and Connells helped her same great manner, ending her renting process smoothly with positive outcome. Would definitely use Connells again.

GoogleMark Smeeth at Connells has been a great help and support during a stressful period of selling our family home. Mark didn't keep chasing us and made just the right amount of contact which showed he was really keen to help us and get us a sale. Mark had some great ideas on how to market the property with an open day and offered a great deal on the marketing and solicitors costs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark or his team, he has great knowledge on the local housing market and was very encouraging and motivating.
