Purple Bricks were always on hand to answer any questions throughout the process. They made it very clear on what was needed to be done and when. I would definitely use them again. .

Ther were a few teething problems initially and communication from my initial Account Handler was not as regular as I had hoped. I 'phoned most of the time for updates and advice. My account was taken over by a new Account Handler (Meg) and the communication improved greatly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Valuer (North Lincs area) was rude and unprofessional. She claimed I was rude on telephone because I didn't or wouldn't answer personal questions which had nothing to do with getting a home valuation. She again asked the same personel questions on arrival and when my relative wouldn't answer she got very angry then spent no longer than 10mins on a 90min valuation appointment and said "it's just as well I haven't travelled far to get here". I called her to discuss her behaviour, but she denied everything. I asked why valuation was lower than expected, the answer was that "the property needs work" (which was a fair comment) and it's "very cluttered"? Shouldn't a professional valuer be able to look past the clutter?? Overall a poor, unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

If you value a company who is good when there are issues, please don’t use. Instructing them to be our seller, best ever, once they get your money, the worst ever! Long story short, booked an EPC as part of them selling house, £119, they never booked it in, they agreed in writing I should get someone else and they would refund. Then spent 3 months chasing my refund, genuine messages like a cowboy dealer i.e it will be in your bank in 7 days, months later not there. Finally a refund issued, but only £77, then they stopped replying. Now had to issue a Money Claim against them. The £42 is not material, it’s the pure principle that they will openly rob you and hope you just let it go. Well I won’t! Disgusting company, don’t use!!

An agent came around he was very good explained everything well, pics were taken and the house went live the description was wrong and was put rite in half an hour great service, from here onwards no updates or contact what so ever i mean zero rite until the hand over, agent would not anwser texts or emails, office is a phone ina cupboard really frustrating, from what i can gather the rest are not much better, bad experience and not recomended..

Will was friendly, professional and made the whole experience of showing him our property virtually enjoyable. He explained all options clearly and answered all my questions. I also liked how he had done is homework prior to the call in looking at our property externally via Google and even down to the floorplans on line. In summary I felt like the sale of our property would be in safe hands

The valuer was great and gave a very good pitch, but what stopped me from using them to sell my property, was their proviso that: 1. I used their conveyancing services and defer payment or use my own and pay them upfront. 2. They do not have a no sale, no fee policy. No other estate agent has these conditions, so I will not be using them.

Had purple bricks come out to provide a valuation on our property, Matthew Dorling attended at the agreed date and time, conducted a house tour and sat down and explained everything in terms of process, and an evaluation. Matthew then provided follow-up comms, access to reports etc, so we know next steps if we decide to go ahead the sale. Couldn't fault anything.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
