Cut and paste from GETAGENT client: Lynne Cornforth Having my late Father's house to sell, i invited 5 different Estate Agents to view the property and what a difference in selling fees and recommended selling prices there were. Bev Rooney from Prime Estates was by far the most switched on and attuned to the market. Prime Estates fees were the most competitive and their recommended selling price was higher than the other four Agents had suggested and the price achieved was higher still. I would definitely have lost money had i gone with any of the other four Agents. My property sold almost immediately and Bev and Harry kept me informed throughout. The worst experience with this agent. From day one they have been a nightmare to deal with very dogmatic in their approach. The manager Bash is a very rude and pompous character with no respect towards the customer always very pushy. He has been so demanding and hence very much in the face like a control freak. The worst experience ever in regards to house hunting. Never come across in such a pushy rude person who has no customer service Accuman at all. Wanting things to go his way and pulls the dummy out when it doesn’t. His only intention is all about the money as it seems. So glad won’t have to be needing to sisal to the arrogant person again

This was my 1st property purchase and throughout the entire process, Prime Estates and Bash were professional and worked very hard to get everything over the line. He implied to my daughter that a secret cash donation to his name would ensure she would get the house but if not it would go to someone else.
