AllAgentsThe director of this company
The director of this company is * I've ever met in my life. Nit picking over crumbs in a draw. This rogue agency should not even be allowed to rent out properties, they charge the earth and don't do anything in return. Lying horrible ** with no heart at all. Very dishonest. They are quick with anything unless it's to benefit them.

AllAgentsMy husband and I have rented
My husband and I have rented from Northwood and had such a great experience. Any problem, even small, someone would come out to fix it right away. Even throughout lockdown, they kept professional and prompt responses. Really recommend and felt well looked after. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. It was so reassuring having professional and friendly service!

GoogleStayed with them for 5 years but they sided with the landlord and kept most of my deposit even though I had the whole property cleaned before moving out. Also had it inspected on regular basis from Northwood. Will never deal with them again.
