During my visit to provide the necessary financial records, I encountered a disrespectful attitude that I found quite difficult to navigate. Additionally, our initial viewing with your junior representative was equally challenging due to his inflexible approach.

GoogleDanes gave us exceptional service from their initial valuation visit to the final completion. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed throughout and worked tirelessly to support us and secure the sale. Professional, approachable and in our opinion went above and beyond to help us (we were selling our father’s house following a bereavement) and we do not live locally. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe are the first-time purchasing the property in the UK. We have a good feeling starting from the first viewing, accepting our offer, 2nd viewing, and confirming the corresponding solicitors until the handover of the keys. Sam kept up to date with every step and in constant communication and let me know what was happening all the way through. GoogleIt is a good agency. Improvement needed for Melvyn Danes is You should make customers feel special while handing over the keys. Spending so much money to buy a house and you simply give the keys in an envelope and send customer back is really not good. You did not even bother to call and ask whether everything is OK? Where as I see other agencies very nice jn this matter. Thanks Anand

GoogleMy wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the great service received from Melvyn Danes. We were kept up to date every step of the way. Staff are polite, friendly and very accommodating, allowing us to view the property a few times whilst the purchase was taking place. Having a good estate agent takes away a lot of the stress when you’re making the most expensive purchase of your life. Thank you Melvyn Danes, particularly Sam our appointed Agent. GoogleThe team at Mervyn Danes in Shirley provided an excellent service when recently selling our Mums home. The process of selling a much loved family home that had been in by the family for many years was daunting but I was very touched by the care shown by Vanessa when making the first call to book an initial valuation with Adam. I was also impressed by Adams knowledge of the history relating to the Shakespeare estate and how he remembered people who had bought and sold houses in the area. The whole team were extremely professional, and their level of communication was outstanding, providing updates on viewings, reminders of viewings, and feedback following viewings. Even though we were selling Mums home in November, we had a great deal of interest, and several offers were made after Danes had marketed the property for just over two weeks. The whole process was much smoother than anticipated, due to all the hard work, diligence and care of the amazing team at Meryn Danes Shirley. Thank you doesn't really do them justice

GoogleDespite being told by friends and commercial associates on how bad danes were I nevertheless gave them benefit of doubt and thought I would see there service for myself. Put an offer for a property I liked only to hear nothing from them, so went into office where directly infront of the entrance is Vanessa's desk where she was sat scoffing walkers crisps despite me coming in made no attempt to stop eating infront of me. I was greeted by "lettings is next door" to which I replied I'm looking for sales. I let vanessa finish her crisps so I approached sue who I asked about the property I was interested in and was told the client has accepted another offer. Something is not right at this agency, you don't know who you are actually dealing with as they are "all dealing with it". The attitude and service is dreadful. Avoid if possible
