Good experience, happy tenant

I was looking for a one bedroom flat to rent and came across one through John Shepherd Solihull that looked good. I arranged a viewing where I was met by Shennay who showed me round the property and gave me all the information I needed right there for me to decide to move forward. Over the next two weeks Shennay was diligent and professional in getting all the information needed for the landlord to make a decision and I’ve now moved in all sorted within about 3 weeks to meet my timeline. Hi I have been associated with John Shephered for more than 3 years.. I experienced some issues due to the council not being informed of new tenant contracts, which unfortunately led to me being charged council tax incorrectly. While this was frustrating, Lara has been excellent in dealing with the situation. We recently completed our house purchase, and although Aidan was the estate agent acting for our onward sellers, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Extremely Helpful Staff

We met up with our agent Kelvin Zakeyo for a viewing the day of the enquiry. Even though we were a few minutes late to the viewing and he had engagements after, he was very happy to guide us through the viewing and did not rush through it one bit. He showed us around the entire property, and answered all the questions, clearing any doubts we had. He was extremely helpful and supportive, and he brought a great energy to the viewing. My friend and I ended up booking the apartments with him after our viewing and Kelvin made the process so simple and easy. Will definitely be singing his and John Shepherd’s praises if anyone’s looking for a good place in Nottingham.

I recently viewed 2 different student properties and Arabel did a great job showing me around! There were some difficulties entering properties due to card access but Arabel handled everything well. I also appreciated the flexibility in pricing along with some freebies. 5 Star - Ashlea (Rockstar), Kristian, Aidan We found our forever home with Brockenhurst and within 2 weeks we had our house photographed, listed, sold at a good price we were happy with, offer submitted and offer accepted. 2 weeks sounds fast, but the team were so good that we never felt rushed. Kristian led us through all the different considerations and made it so easy. Whenever Kristian was unavailable, Aidan was always around to be just as helpful and professional. During the legal section, Ashlea was amazing. I genuinely don't think the completion would have gone through before Christmas if it wasn't for the organization and tenacity of Ashlea, who always managed to be cheerful and positive, even when dealing with solicitors on the daily. A very special thank you to her. I'd happily recommend Brockenhurst and the team for both selling and purchasing a property. The post-sale care and service was excellent. Now, to unpack the hundreds of boxes!
