If I could give 0 stars I would ! They Take your deposit even though the house was cleaner when we left it to when we moved in!! (We have pictures of how we left it ) they are trying to charge us a cleaning fee, a fee for curtain poles, bulbs and not cutting the grass !! Which is all lies! When we moved in the garden was a mess with all previous tenants belongings that we had to get rid of ourselves the house was full of mould that they tried to cover up ! This mould was black, green, thick and furry mould any mould you can think of! The sink and downstairs toilet leaked all the time. they Ruined most of our belongings from the mould! Absolutely disgusting I was pregnant with twins at the time and they knew the house had problems! we know this because our neighbours told us that the tenants before us used to moan about the mould and nothing was done about it. Once we complied about the mould “Gita” sent us an email trying to evict us !! Even though a week before This she offered us a 12 month contract I have proof of everything we will be taking This further. To think that they get away with this is a joke! The amount of bad reviews saying pretty much the same thing just shows. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE!!!

One of the worst experiences I had with this agency. I rented a house from them and verbally agreed and emailed confirming my extension of my stay. But suddenly the agent left the agency and the landlord changed his mind and evicted us by using no fault eviction. Not only that, they rented the place for less than what we were paying. It's a scam to get your deposit money. They charged us £1700 for property damage but the court ruled in our favor and we got our deposit back. Be careful.

GoogleHopeless to deal with. A house they let out as got a front wall that blew down in the January storms and now 5 months later they still have not repaired it. Even though it is unsightly and quite dangerous. Ewe move make all the excuses under the sun not to make area safe.

2 years on and the wall is still broken. This agency clearly doesn't look after it's properties so avoid this agency.

Looking back over the years, I am saddened to think how long we left our apartment in the hands of John Shepherd. With one or two exceptions I will not name for fear of embarrassing them, the people we dealt with were slapdash and unreliable, costing us money and creating unnecessary levels of stress. Worst of all, despite promises to "investigate and get back to you," our attempts to pursue complaints up the management chain led only to our subsequent messages being ignored. My advice would be to stay away from this company.

Since Tassi was bought out by John Shepherd, my experience with them has gone rapidly downhill. Maintenance requests and contact form submissions are not actioned, phones are never answered, and if you even get in contact with someone through previous correspondence or guessing their new email address, they'll just stop responding when you've asked them questions.
