Great property management team to work with. Mia, Jenna, Callum, Abbie, Adam, Kevin & Tenille. Their communication is always clear, jobs are well organised and any issues are dealt with quickly. From a contractor’s point of view, it makes a massive difference working with a team that’s responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Throughout our years tenancy with John shepherd we have been chasing up a £100 cash incentive that was originally offered to us for staying on with the company. After numerous emails, phone calls and visits to there office with promises being made to us, we are still yet to be paid. Overall, the management and staff communication at the company seems very poor, and they have very little regard to students.

I viewed an apartment marketed by John Shepherd, Solihull. At the time of my viewing, the lift was out of order. I thought it was a temporary problem that was easy to fix. It turns out the repair costs will be £208,000. They certainly knew the lift wasn't working, so they either knew the repair cost and withheld it from me, or they didn't bother to gather information about an extremely relevant cost when marketing the property. Either way, I regard this as extremely misleading.
