Jordan has been phenomenal and has really worked with me to find my ideal home first home. The level of service and professionalism is phenomenal! I don't think it could have been better. The experience was personalised yet professional and it genuinely felt like he cared for what I was looking for and helped me find it. Thanks to him, I'm now in the process of buying my first home. We cannot recommend Hunters Solihull highly enough! We were previously with another local estate agent who promised to sell our house quickly and for the best price. They were useless and we were close to giving up trying to move. Someone recommended Hunters and we thought we’d give it one last try. Henry, Julie and Peter were absolutely brilliant. They sold our house so quickly and painlessly. We are completing on Friday and moving to our dream house and it is all thanks to the brilliant team at Hunters in Solihull. We must add that Amelia who has been dealing with the progression of our sale has been fantastic. She has exceeded our expectations. You might pay a bit more to sell your house through Hunters than with an on-line estate agent (or like the one we tried which is a high street agent charging on-line prices) but you get what you pay for!

Julie was superb and helped finalise the sale in record quick time. They also introduced me to an independent mortgage advisor, Paul Smith, who worked very hard to secure a great mortgage deal within a short space of time. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I would not use this company if you are looking to rent out your property!!! They were ok arranging contracts and taking the money, but when it came to protecting our property, they were useless. We were in Australia at the time our tenants left, Hunters inspected and reported that they were happy and refunded the entire deposit!!! When we arrived back the house was a shambles, huge stain on the dining room floor (we had to replace the carpet). Bedroom shelves were broken, toilet scratched, hallway had to be redecorated, just getting on top of it now. We have had to spend more than the deposit to repair and replace. I asked for meeting to resolve this and they would only correspond by email, saying it was wear and tear. Shocking, do not use......

Sold my property through hunters. What a rollercoaster of events! The initial valuation went well with Tom. We agreed on a competitive fee if I was not to use Shepherds and not the generic 1%. Following on, the photography was done really professionally and well. The house sold within 3 days of going live. After this point, the service from Hunters rapidly declined. The final sale negotiation was left in the hands of a trainee very young girl, which I felt left me short of a good few more thousands. There after, I had surveyors turning up unannounced, when I was half naked in my boxers first thing in the morning. Communication was 0. I was often phoning and phoning and going to voicemail. The sale started to progress and things were moving when sales progressor Angela got involved in August. The final cherry on the cake was the dispute on the fee! At the last minute, they were trying to make out like Tom was known for giving good deals and that it should have really 1% and that I needed to provided proof of that agreement. I knew this was going to happen as even a few days after the sale, when I phoned regarding the fee, Tom said ‘I’ll have to go over the figures im in a meeting’. When we shook hands in my kitchen on a fixed amount if I did not go elsewhere. I took matters into my own hands and kept phoning everyday until I got an email from a staff member at hunters saying the fee was the agreed amount plus VAT. It came in handy at the end! On the day of completion, Matthew phoned me and asked for proof and they had have given 1% to my conveyancer as it had been deducted of the sales proceeds I received. I was not a happy bunny!! But I sent the email over as proof and all was corrected. I got a voicemail from Matt saying it had been sorted. He called me Ravvi. 4 months on with yourselves and you don’t even know your clients name. Rohan!!!! Don’t forget it! It seems thats staff were coming and going. Tom , Maria, Faris , Kelsie all gone. I suppose I give you the 3 because the house did sell, It was a generous fee - and so it became an issue. There were points of greatness but you need to improve on all mentioned!!

Just got handed over from Searchers of Hall Green, and Hunters have let my room in a HMO. James Taylor, the manager handled the agreement very professionally, and the room was let quickly. Thank you. Will definitely be giving all my business to Hunters, in the near future. Edit... After 7 months business, their business ethics are questionable! Have to chase for invoices and settlements. Total shamble of a service.
