Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Friendly, straightforward and upfront; genuinely helpful; energetic but not at all pushy; and above all I felt she really wanted to help me find the right place for me, and not just secure a quick deal. I know I can trust her. Aftercare after the tenancy was agreed has also been exceptional.

In line with our previous review on KF sales and letting departments respectively also five stars for our property manager Kristian Lee. Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him. Super Efficient Tenancy Renewal

I recently had my tenants’ contract renewed and was really impressed with the support from Debbie in Referrals. She contacted me proactively well ahead of the renewal date, had already spoken to the tenants about their intentions, and clearly explained the impact of the new Renters’ Rights Bill from a landlord perspective. Our first property purchase in London

My wife and i just completed our first property purchase in London with the help of Jade Leyens. This was not an easy process to say the least and we hit few snags along the way and we were at risk at one point of losing the property. However, from the day we reached out to Jade to register our interest in the property till the day we completed the transaction, Jade was with us along the way. She was patient, helpful and flexible. No doubt she was under pressure from the seller that she was representing, and some of that was passed on to us but that's her job at the end of the day. Jade truly provided us with a 5 star experience, she accommodated all of our requests, answered patiently all of our questions, and connected us with solicitors, insurance agents, interior designers. She represented the best interest of her company, the seller and provided a one stop shop service for us which is greatly appreciated.

Move in nightmare

Property was very dirty, with appliances not working, full of issues, and work that was part of the tenancy agreement wasn’t carried out. Check in was late by several hours. Following up on fixing things with the property manager afterwards is a nightmare as they are non responsive most of the time.
