GoogleExcellent estate agent. Deserved to be named the best in the area. All staff are extremely professional. The sales team took great effort in understanding my property and we had the same agent showing our house each time. Hunters has a much much bigger repertoire of customers when compared to other agency. We found a buyer in 4 weeks. Overall, I would choose Hunters Solihull again.

Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

Shocking, sell property then can't sell. No due diligence, no respect to the customer. They don't get back to you even when you have bought a property. Staff wide boys and inexperienced, be warned do not use will cost a lot of money...

Hunters estate agents are bunch of rude, arrogant people. They make you feel like nobody. Suggestion to everybody if you buy/rent property please don't go through them. That will save lot of your time and energy.

Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

I had an excellent experience with Hunters/ the Lettings Agency in Greenwich, London. Shane (Senior Negotiator) is extremely helpful, very friendly and highly professional. Shane offered excellent customer service.Also very transparent and no hidden charges at Hunters. Based on my personal experience with Shane at Hunters I would highly recommend Hunters. Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

Terrible management no valid electric safety cert for 5yrs. Floods in living rm not addressed for 2yrs. Put rent up by 350£ with no updating. Certificates emails ignored. Very poor standard of management. Don't care for tenant needs. Don't manage full stop

GoogleI have found Hunters as a whole very responsive and easy to deal with. Heather in the Solihull branch really helped me and jumped on every query quickly and resolved them. She is a professional agent and also a very nice person which helps.

If I could give them a minus score I would , awful customer service. To name a few employees who work there Dominika , Monika , Amrit Gosal are absolutely atrocious and so unprofessional. I would not waste your time with this estate agent!!

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.

Having recently sold and purchased a house with Hunters I found them to be extremely helpful, they answered every question I had with ease and no task for was too much. They made the sale and purchase less stressful. I was very happy with the level of service we received.
