GoogleWe were very pleased that we choose to go with Encasa. Maisey and Ian have been so helpful from the start and they have been efficient. We sold our house within a week of it being on the market. We had regular updates from the staff and would recommend all our family and friends to use this agency.

She enabled us to move in to the house that we wanted with minimum effort and fuss. As a new family we appreciated this so much, Karolina managed to take away any potential unnecessary stress. GoogleI used Encasa for the selling of my old property and the purchase of my new house. Thanks to Encasa, I'm in a home that I love. One estate agent undervalued my old house, and another didn't share my goal and encouraged me to stay in the area I was in, effectively limiting me, but Encasa had a positive attitude and found me my dream home within a week. I'm so happy I went with them. They were so efficient in getting my property on the market, and sold in a super quick time. The overall process took longer than hoped but that was nothing to do with their service but rather due to the chain. Encasa were reassuring during this stressful time and made things so much easier. Adrian at Encasa was there to answer my questions and got back to me as soon as I hit send on an email! If he couldn't get back to me, his colleagues were there to help, so I was always kept up to date. I strongly recommend Encasa. They were brilliant. GoogleI put my property on the market with Encasa in July 2019 and finally sold on 1st May 2020. This is no reflection on the agency and specifically James (Jimmy), who was very tenacious throughout the whole process. The house had immediate interest and when the first buyers didn't workout I very quickly had a second and when my second buyer dropped out - which I didn't see coming - James had a third offer within 2 days. All was going smoothly until the lockdown brought everything to a very frustrating halt. To say it was stressful is an understatement but James had my back completely and kept me far more updated than my solicitor did. In fact, he knew more of what was going on and I won't be writing a glowing review for them! Thank you, James

GoogleEncasa provided my mother and I with such an exceptional and professional service I couldn’t recommend them enough. Jimmy was professional, diligent, open and honest from the start and my family and I truly appreciated that. We was so upset we never found encasa sooner, we liaised with them when we viewed a house with Jimmy that we loved. The help and advice we received was exceptional from the start and although it was a tough process for my family and I Encasa showed such understanding and never failed to help when they could. What can I say, thank you Jimmy for all you did for us, I not only recommend Encasa, but if we were ever in a position to purchase or sell a property ever again then it will be Encasa that would be our first point of call. GoogleMy experience with Encasa was appalling, summarised by a whole load of misscommunication and poor customer service from the get go. We were shown a house by Jimmy on a Saturday afternoon. He informed us that we could place an offer and that he would let us know if there were multiple offers on the table to give us an opportunity to give a 'final and best offer'. As the agency closes early on the Saturday, we left a voicemail and sent an email with our offer. I phoned Jimmy Monday morning to confirm he had received the offer and to get a few questions answered by the vendor. He wasn't even aware of the email or voicemail of the offer but assured me he would get an update from the vendor and get back to me. Upon receiving no response all day, I decided to call again in the afternoon for any updates. Jimmy told me there had been another offer since morning and if we were willing to give a best and final offer to which I increased to the asking price. He told me not to worry and he would phone the vendor in the morning and rest assured he would have an update for me the next day. Again I had no response the next day and so I called the next afternoon and spoke to Adrian. He wasn't even aware I had re-offered at the asking price and said the house had been sold to another individual quoting our initial slightly lesser cash offer as the reason. To make matters worse, he came up with multiple excuses to cover their utter incompetence, miscommunication and shocking service. I felt misled and deceived. Simply poor performance on their behalf and not acceptable by any means!

FacebookI used Encasa for my move this year and they were fantastic! After they had sold a property for my brother, I decided to use them for my sale. I first met with Adrian who gave me a very competitive quote, stuck to all his promises and then passed it over to Ian who looked after the rest of the sale which didn’t take long and and ended selling for a lot more than expected! Ian was extremely helpful always got back to me with any queries and liaised with other estate agents, solicitors etc really well. Would fully recommend! Thanks again guys!

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Encasa. I have used them to manage a rental property and now to sell that house. They have provided excellent service throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. They have excellent local knowledge and a network of local tradespeople who quickly resolved any issues that we had while renting the house. They are, by some distance, the best estate agents that I have had dealings with.

GoogleTotal waste of my time and totally unprofessional. They listed a property Wednesday so I emailed immediately. No response. I phone Thursday morning it asks to press 1 for sales. I did this they answered then immediately hung up. I then phone again an hour later where the phone just rings and rings then went to answer phone asking to leave a message and they will get back to you. This is the funny part it states if your matter is urgent please email us. I think you find I did that two days ago! and still waiting for a response. So how do you treat non urgent messages ?

GoogleProfessional cowboys, called a week ago and enquired online to view an apartment. Lady on the phone mentions that the staff dealing with the apartment will be back next week for viewing updates. Contacted them a week later as told and been informed viewings already happened with an offer made. I did question this and the man on the phone started to stutter. Thanks for your professionalism.

GoogleExcellent estate agency, with professional service throughout. Adrian was fantastic from the initial enquiry through to marketing the property. We achieved a quick sale from multiple offers, over a short space of time. Sales progression team then handled rest of the sale through to completion, with no issues and in a timely manner. Jimmy pursued all enquiries, keeping us fully updated. Highly recommend this agency.
