Fantastic experience selling my house with LIN & Cathy at DM & CO in Shirley.Selling your loved home can be extremely stressful.But I can say hand on heart, Lin and Cathy completely took the stress out of this. I would highly recommend using DM & CO when selling or purchasing your home.

Sadly, I failed to instruct DM & Co. soon enough. I had my head turned by an agent that could get me much more money. DM & Co. had come to see me first time round and i kicked myself very quickly when the other agents promised buyers continued to fail to materialise. Thankfully I was able to get out of our contract and within a couple of weeks DM & Co. had done exactly what the other agent failed to do. Big thanks to the Dorridge team, Rav, Matt and Lisa for your honesty and transparency. Highly recommended.

I worked with the Solihull branch to sell my home recently (Jan 21 - completed Apr 21). The team were attentive and took the time to understand my requirements.Once instructed, photos were taken next day, the particulars were created a day or so after. It was on the market within a couple of days from instruction.The viewings were well organised, with instant alerts via text and email. The property was sold quickly, their sales progression manager kept me up to date when required - this was very reassuring, throughout the sale, especially during the completion phase.Highly recommended, great service, friendly team - 11/10
