We rent a property with DLM and can honestly say how lucky we are to have a great agency. Molly and Louise are fantastic. Whenever a problem arises, they are quick to sort it. Always helpful if I ring about anything, and very friendly, very welcoming too. Just this weekend my heating went, and I panicked, after an email was sent the ladies were very quick to help sort it, even emailing after to make sure it was still working fine. This will be the 4th estate agent I have used to rent a home and I have to say by far the best . I have lived in my rental property for over 2 years and from the day I viewed the property with Louise until present I have always found them to be very polite and professional, nothing is too much trouble . Recently my flat had to have some update work in electrics and smoke alarms and the company they used were first class and very respectful whilst in my home both to me and all the other residents and the work carried out was first class . I rarely have to contact them but when I do it is very reassuring to know that they will get back to me and do their upmost to sort any problems that I have , I have not found this to be the case with other agents I have rented off . When first moving in the property it was spotlessly clean and everything in working order no issues at all I would 100% recommend DLM Property Management

Unlike a lot of property management companies, DLM takes a personal approach to their clients. They always follow up and go the extra mile. Due to some roofwork, my flat was compromised and they moved me into a new flat, no questions asked. This is probably the first time I haven't felt used by one of these companies and to anyone considering getting an apartment through them my advice is not to hesitate. Highly recommended.

I rented one of their properties for over a year and they never really fixed anything. I reported the toilet to be broken and it was never fixed. The front door had to be replaced and it took 2 months. They would say they’ve contacted a contractor but I’d never hear anything. Initially, the service was great but I wouldn’t ever rent with DLM again.
