GoogleAn absolutely wonderful team of people! Letting from DLM has been nothing but a positive experience. It was my first time living alone, and I could not have asked for better agents. Moving in, the whole flat was clean and well maintained, and during my tenancy, the team always went above and beyond to ensure that any issue was quickly resolved. Massive thanks to Molly and Nikolina, who were always super friendly and helpful!

I subscribed to this service hoping to get more clients. I paid $120 after waiting two weeks for my agent. They told me they had no clients in my state and suggested I wait three to five business days for my refund. Ten days later, they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls. Don't waste your time and money; it was a terrible experience.

GoogleReliable, Friendly, and Always Go the Extra Mile. It’s always a pleasure working with the team, this is the third time we’ve used them to find tenants, and once again they delivered a great experience. They listed our property quickly and efficiently, kept us updated throughout, and were responsive to all our additional requests. What really stands out is their genuine, family feel, they treat your property as if it were their own and never recommend tenants they wouldn’t be happy to have themselves. A trustworthy, diligent, and friendly agency we’ll continue to use in the future.

However, I have worked with Louise on and off for almost two decades as both a tenant (in my younger days) and now as a landlord and I have always found her to be an engaging and experienced professional who is easy to work with. I trust the whole team at DLM to manage my property on my behalf and have found every member of the team to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable within their individual remits. They really are such a lovely, very experienced team at DLM and I wouldn't use any other property management agency. They do an amazing job!

GoogleI cannot convince you enough of how lovely, professional, organised DLM team are. As newly weds we had never lived together or experienced this before. Having a good propperty management team really helped us settled in well to a place that we called home. The team prepared the property well and didnt need to do much at all. The flat was clean, painted neutral colours which we loved. They were very reliable and when we had issues they promptly sorted it for us. Communication with the team was very proffesional and they updated us with any changes. Overall, I recommend this property management we was able to make amazing happy memories at our old flat. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived, and any issue that arose throughout my stay was addressed within the hour. My washing machine broke and it was fixed within a day...everything so far has been a great experience, and I highly recommend them. GoogleI had been looking for a suitable property for my daughter and her family and I found a suitable property on the market with DLM. From here we met Louise who was very supportive and helped us with the application. At all times throughout the application Louise kept me informed of the progress and we were in the property on the date agreed. The one thing about Louise is the personal service she provides. She gave me two direct numbers and always returned my calls sometimes at hours that most agents would shiver at! The important thing in my book was that she recognised the need to call me back with an update. Thank you Louise the kids all love their new home.

Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail is unbelievable, with every aspect taken care of from the beginning. Louise and her team really do go above and beyond to ensure that both Landlord and Tenant are happy. GoogleI have recently rented a property from Louise, Molly and the team and been very pleasantly surprised - from the start their service was excellent, friendly and prompt. I was secretly expecting the service to stop being so good after I handed the money over, but I was wrong again! They seem to care just as much about the tenant as they do about the interests of the landlord. I'd be delighted to recommend them to anyone.
