The service received from the team at Dixons Solihull was first rate. We needed to rent our property due to travelling abroad and the team managed in particular Amy & Darnish managed to get our property on the market to let in less than a week, absolutely incredible service. They really took the stress away from me having to worry about letting the property whilst not being in the country, Darnish in particular was brilliant at every step and updates provided nearly every day and also a special mention to Amy who was fantastic in answering all our questions in regards to the process and fees involved, everything was explained clearly. 5 star all round, if you’re looking to let your property then choosing Dixons Solihull is the best option

My family are grateful to Becky and her team in the service and care shown in the 2-3 years of letting our property. From the time I spoke with Becky (over the phone during Covid) to the most recent times in concluding matters, I have really appreciated the way in which Becky takes an interest and provides service in the way she delegates to her team and remains available. Behind every house, there are people and their circumstances and I found Becky to be very mindful of this in her approach as she was caring, sensitive, and very helpful throughout the entire letting process. Our tenants were extraordinary and stayed the entire time the property was available to rent because they were happy there. I appreciate the thought and care given by Amy to find reliable tenants, who would appreciate the property. I wholeheartedly endorse the letting team at Dixons.

Well if there was a option for 6 stars then i would give it. I’ve recently purchased my first home through dixons and everything about my experience with the company was warm and welcoming. Constant up to date feed back from Dan letting me know how the process was going. He even refered me to their in house mortgage advisor Adam Rhodes. From the first time I spoke to Adam i could tell he was a professional man and cared about the job he was doing. Never have i received such great customer care and service. I have deleted my post because since before moving in to our rented property there has been problems. We requested two things to be done which because Dixons doesn’t manage the property they don’t chase up. Which is disgusting because of everything we had to do before moving in was a joke. I thought Dixons were the high end of the estate agents market but we’ve had nothing but rubbish since moving into the property we let through them.
