Ann Wood was certainly a special person…

Ann Wood was certainly a special person that came into our life that magically made the house purchasing process so smooth we got our keys with no issues or worries. She constantly kept us updated through the process, was caring and confident and never made me feel like i was asking a silly question. She went above and beyond her role and felt like she genuinly shared our happiness too. We feel really lucky and even when picking our keys up the rest of the staff were polite and professional. Well what a turnaround

Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing.
