Poor ,poor value ,professional ,responsive. All those professions is not fitting for liberty estate agents, the upstarts do not know anything about housing building electrics nothing thts why they dont come round and do the job so my advice is do not go to liberty estate agent cause they take the liberty out of you .do business with appropriate housing companies I swear dont do business with them their rent is anywhere £1500 a month but do no work on the house if its needed stay clear away from liberty estate agents in Bearwood ,go to Dixon's ,prime locations ,zoopla ,right moves

I asked a property near their shop heard nothing. I wrote in and still nothing. I gave up and found something in Harborne. Extremely poor service I lived in Bearwood and wanted to remain as like Warley Woods I walked twice a day. I would walk past and the property as gone. Don't hold your breath for them to contact you. Awful.

They are completely useless. As a renter they will completely ignore you. As a landlord they will let your house fall into disrepair while collecting money for doing nothing. Avoid them like the plague.

Booked appointment to view a property. Phoned them 30min before I set off. They said someone will meet you there. Phoned when arrived said someone is coming. Then stopped answering phoninq no one came after 20min late. Very bad manner no courtesy at all. We left no came after 25 min, no call back or anything.

No water 3 days electric tripping disabled tennents

We are a disabled couple whose boiler burst 3 days ago which also fused electricity.. We are living in a property without any water. All we have been given is excuses.. We was told it would be repaired today 3rd day 24th April.. Guess what no one turned up and staff not answering our calls..
