I arranged to have a survey carried out on the property and the estate said they would be at the property to assist the survey being carried out. However, the estate agent never arrived and it put me £200 out of pocket. Liberty said they would give me this money back but it was a lie as they never did. I'd avoid buying/selling with them

GoogleI bought my property from them the Agent (Dean) was nice. But after that everything start going bad. They put my property to wrong people they cause damages and so much problem for me. However Liberty been charging me through out the time for managing. Then all of sudden they backed of and leave me nowhere as i lived in London and wasn't easy for me to make arrangements. When i visited my property found overcrowded. Had no idea about there legality. After long process manage to empty the property from tenant. Paid there deposit from my pocket. Been contacted Liberty for deposit return but they never give me any information after multiple calls they gets rude towards me. And never replied my email for that matter.
