GoogleI had an outstanding experience with this estate agency, especially thanks to Kiratpal. From start to finish, everything moved incredibly fast. I viewed the property on Wednesday and had the keys in my hand by Friday! The team completed all the checks quickly and efficiently, and Kiratpal kept me updated throughout the entire process. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. Highly recommended!

GoogleI’m beyond furious with Liberty Estates, specifically Ben. Today, without any prior notice or even the decency of a heads-up, Ben scheduled loud roof work, including drilling, right above my unit. I have a newborn at home. Anyone with common sense or basic human decency would understand that this is absolutely not okay. There was no communication, no respect for our living situation, and clearly no thought put into the timing of this maintenance. It’s hard enough adjusting to life with a newborn, this just added unnecessary stress and disruption. Ben’s complete lack of professionalism and empathy makes him, hands down, the worst person I’ve had to deal with here. Do better, Liberty Estates. And Ben, maybe try considering the residents you’re supposed to be helping!!!!

YellTerrible service and management
Extremely poor communication and professionalism from the manager called Benjamin, ignores your calls and changes tenants without the landlord knowing, do they even check references? We had multiple tenants that we did not even know, and by the time we got back our property, it has left in such a state that we had to get police involved, stolen property and damaged interior, not even the deposit can cover it. We did not want to extend the contract as we wanted the property back, but Benjamin went ahead WITHOUT our approval. To anyone reading this, please do not trust this estate agent, save your peace of mind and money elsewhere, these guys do not deserve 5 stars nor they care what happens with their customers.

GoogleBeen in the property since July 2025. Got the paperwork and the keys all within less than a month. Moved in on the same day. Any issues that I've had which might I add are very slim to none. They have been fixed with in 24 to 48 hours. Of me telling the estate agents. Every time I've emailed or called I've had a response the same day or a call back the same day. One of the bestest I agents I've ever used

Even while the office was closed over Christmas, they went above and beyond by continuing to work through the holidays to help us with our property. GooglePathetic estate agency. The person called Benjamin is as useless as anything, i would not recommend anyone using them, switch tenants without telling you? That's what they do. Rent guarantee? Sure, but damage to my property, not even the deposit can cover it, that is how bad he gets the tenants. Do NOT trust this person.

GoogleFantastic! There is simply no other way in which I can describe this agency. They provide an excellent level of service and really understand what outstanding customer service means. The level of detail in my interaction with the team is 2nd to none, the response I have received has always been prompt, efficient and I couldn't have asked for better. Liberty Estate Agents are highly recommended and completely trustworthy. I have sold a property through them and they also manage a property for me. Brilliant.

Alison and Kirtpal are second to non with the service they provide. Sue is alway a joy to chat to and makes you feel welcome on calls no matter what you need. If your are renting a property from them or with them they have you covered.

GoogleI will try to make you understand how bad this agency is Left a property 3 years ago Closed all the gas and energy accounts from my name They give the property to someone else, that person reopen the accounts in my name After 3 years . A bill of £3000 got sent to me. I explained the situation to them Call the energy supplier and they said they need proof from the agency. I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks they do not answer my calls the responsible person keep ignoring my calls and this affect my credit score.
