GoogleVery poor service, had a valuation booked for 4pm 24/5/19, by 4:30 no show, I rang up spoke to someone at head office, said they would send the branch a high importance email, to call me. Waited till 5pm still no call or anybody has turned up, this comes across as very unprofessional

GoogleI have recently used Haart lettings services. Mr Syed,the advisor is highly recommended. He helped me to go though all the stages which required a lot of effort and time. I would never conside the other agancy but Haart lettings. Thank you so much and I wish you have more employees like him.

GoogleI have found the haart lettings team in Slough to be really proactive in helping me to find a suitable tenant for the price we marketed the property. The admin function was very easy and straight forward. Nice easy process will be using them again on my next property.

If I could give 0 I would. Shocking service from Emilio and the staff at Haart Slough. I moved out of the property I rented from them on the 23d of Feb. I took pictures of the keys (attached) and a video of the room sadly it wont let me attach it. I'm still waiting on the deposit being returned. I got an email last Friday from Shakeerah asking for my bank details which were duly sent... still waiting. The only time you hear from Emilio is when he sends you a link to leave a review... he honestly thinks he's doing a good job.. Also I received an email from James Underwood on the 16th of January telling me that the landlord was selling the property and I had 2 months to vacate. No problem with that, all legal and above board. James says let me know if you would like us ( Haart) to help you find a new property. I emailed him back saying saying yes I would and he said that the branch would be in touch..... NOT 1 CALL OR EMAIL NOT 1 FROM THEM. I have emailed them all again this morning regarding the deposit.. As yet no replies, not in the least surprised. DO NOT USE THESE USELESS INDIVIDUALS. I've found a lovely place in Wokingham thanks to Martin & Co. Try them. I got a lovely card from them when I moved in. You get nothing from Haart except emails wanting a review. Well here you go. UPDATE Just had an email from Shakeerah saying she is still waiting on landlord approval for the deposit release. That will be the email I sent to her from admin@sanctum (landlords company) last Friday saying they were fine to process the deposit and is in the email trail... SHOCKING SERVICE
