She was warm, professional, and very well presented throughout the viewing, making the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. We have a really good experience selling our property. Firstly we met with Fern who showed us round a property and we realised we need to put our on the market. Fern helped us arrange an appointment with Simon to come and see our property.Simon explained everything clearly and if we had any questions we could go into the office and ask. Fern was very good at keeping us up to date with things as we went along. It didn’t take long for the property to sell which was great as we didn’t need to have lots of viewing as my brother wasn’t well at the time and needed rest. I would highly recommend Fern, Simon and the team in chipping Norton office

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

Honestly, all the staff at Chancellors were fantastic and so so helpful throughout our selling process, but one agent in particular was just outstanding and that was Charlotte Morgan. Her communication and support was absolutely brilliant. Even out of the office, she made sure to always get back to us. Even during times of anxiety she made us feel so settled and would be so knowledgeable with all areas of the process. She completed the final viewing of the house and got us over the line! We will forever be grateful to her and the amount of client care she offered. To the team at Chancellors, we really appreciate your time and for helping us to move on to our forever home.
