I’ve tried contacting this company numerous times, called around 20 times with no answer and sent emails that were ignored. After finally securing a property viewing, no one showed up. Frustrated, I went directly to their office on Slough High Road. The service has been incredibly poor. It’s baffling why they can’t answer their phones, maybe they’re still recovering from the Christmas party.

I rented my first home with the help of chancellors- slough, Sonia Dhiman is the representative from chancellors who helped me a to get my first home ready. I came from India on February 5. In my home country me and my family lived in our own ancestral home, this is why I quoted before that this is my first home. I appreciate the effort of Sonia to find the suitable home for me. Emily from the sales progression team kept us informed of the progress and updated all sides throughout the process. Prior to the sale, Chancellors Letting managed our property. Supposed to have a viewing. Called in to say there’s loads of traffic and roads work so we would be a bit later. Person on the phone said it’s fine no problem. Drove for 1.5 hours to find out that no one is there so we can drive back now. Don’t know how anyone is able to trust this type of behaviour. No respect for our time, we had to make so many arrangements to come to this viewing. No one picks up the calls no one informed us that the viewing cannot take place! AWFUL and unprofessional, never contacting this agency again.

Not the best estate agent , I had a house booked for rent two years ago in March 2021 which was on its final paperwork, as my family was moving in , the house owner pulled of the deal at the last minute, it’s not the fault of the estate agency , but no amendments were done , no apologies were offered no alternative was offered by these agency , Move estate agency helped me in my hour of crisis , I will never recommend this agency to anyone . Move in estate agency is the best .sorry for editing my review now as I was told to do a five star review for the agency before the final paperwork was finalised.
