To sell our flat we wanted an estate agent to be available locally in Langley , responsive to us and any prospective purchaser., and able to offer accompanied viewings. B Simmons ticked all the boxes. Our confidence was largely earned as a result of Matt Byrne's readiness to help whenever called upon. Matt found us a purchaser. Through the inevitable twists and turns of the selling process we finally concluded an acceptable deal. There are estate agents and estate agents. It is always a pleasure dealing with Deb Cooper at B.Simmons in Langley. She is friendly and very resourceful. We have a couple of flats rented out and Deb has found the ideal tenants for us. She also keeps on top of things by sending us reminders for gas safety checks etc. and lets us know when repairs are needed in a timely manner.
