B Simmons provided us with an excellent all round service right from day one when we invited them to discuss the selling of our home, right through to the Sales Completion date. Their valuation was realistic and they worked tirelessly to bring in potential buyers. We were looked after mainly by the office Manager Ben Wealands, but other sales staff as well at times. Ben is an experienced and professional Sales agent who was diligent and courteous at all times. We will not hesitate to recommend B Simmons Estate Agents to Family and Friends.

I contacted B Simmons (Langley office) in the summer, as I needed to sell my house and I had noticed that they had recently sold 2 houses on my road. Charlie came to value the property and when we were ready, he came to take professional photographs of our house. We needed a quick sale and even before Charlie had a chance to market our house, he arranged a few viewings with prospective buyers. We managed to receive and accept an offer for the asking price even before marketing the house. Deb and Matt were immense help in securing the property in Slough. I had some issues with my previous agency (whereby they failed me on the last month's rent) but Deb assured the landlord that I would be a good candidate for the property and turned around the entire process in lightning speed. I made an offer one week and I moved in the next. With respect to the service during my viewing, Deb answered all my questions in relation to the property and since my move I feel assured that the quality and standard is as portrayed. I rented a property though 'B Simmons Langley Office' last year in Sept-2020. Because of COVID, it was very stressful time when we moved into the property. From the very 1st day, I have dealt with Deb Cooper in B Simmons - Very Excellent & Professional customer services I have received from her. And she was very helpful even during the Lock-down period when a washing machine stopped working and there was a leakage of Water Tap in the Toilet. She responded very efficiently and promptly even during the Lock-down and sorted the matter within 1-2 days. I left the property this month Aug-2021, once again Deb Cooper made things very smooth for me, by collecting the Keys even on the weekend and arranging my Deposit back without any hassle. I would definitely recommend B Simmons to both Landlords and Tenants to use their services. Whenever you need, there is always someone there to help/assist you! When selling our property we were most impressed with the professionalism of B Simmons, Langley, even with their slightly higher fees. Our property was very quickly marketed with high quality pictures and description. Viewings were booked in and confirmed via telephone/email promptly. I had very positive experience with this estate agent. My previous experience with any other agency I rented from before was just absolutely horrible. Like those people had no idea what they were doing. Here is a complete different story. Dominic took very good care of me and brought me back hope that some people actually know what they're doing. I chose B Simmons as they are a well established local company with excellent reviews. I made a good choice! I contacted their Langley office on a Tuesday, Rorhan Madhan attended the very next day. He took photographs and listened to our requirements and onward plans. He was suitably attired in gloves, mask and shoe coverings - none of which were removed during our conversation. Rorhan explained fees and procedures satisfactorily. All contract and legal documents were emailed that afternoon and the property uploaded to the website by Wednesday. A viewing was booked for Friday and a subsequent offer made and accepted the same day. Excellent work Rorhan - no time wasters or inappropriate viewings. We are more than satisfied with the service and standards of Simmons and particularly Rorhan. Definitely recommend this old school professional company.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Interestingly, I had originally given a better review for Bsimmons immediately after my move-in. Since the day1 of my stay in the new property, I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response and poor quality response I received from this agent. There were things that needed immediate attention such as no electricity / lights in some key parts of the house. It took almost a dozen emails and double the number of phone calls for the agent to finally resolve some of the issues. Rest of the issues are still not addressed, even after more than two months! The Sales agent would simply send me to the Maintenance person and end of the day neither of them takes any action! I have never come across an estate agent in this country who is so non responsive and constantly ignores the customer complaints. Note: I gave sufficient time (several weeks) for the agent to resolve the issues before I posted this negative review. I didn't want to discourage a local business and wanted to make sure they had amble opportunity to resolve the issues. Unfortunately it looks like they simply don't care about a tenant once the lease agreement is signed and their payments are secured.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Team at B Simmons has been a true professional estate agency. During my transaction, I have had a chance to work with Matt Byrne and Rorhan. Matt was very proactive in communicating back and forth with me and the vendor. Matt kept well informed about our schedule appointments while Rorhan patiently carried out the viewing on the day of the appointment. Matt did a prompt followup answered all our concerns in a timely manner that enabled us to make an offer.  Matt was instrumental in organizing the conveyance solicitor who were proactive to act for us who expedite the legal process. Rorhan Madras handled the sale of our father's property (a probate sale). This of course was an emotional process for us, as well as a financial one and we chose B Simmons because they have been in Langley for as long as we can remember (and we were there for over 50 years). From the outset Rorhan was efficient, professional and gave us a level of contact and information that I have never had before from an estate agent. His communications were very timely, updating us after every viewing and with every offer and never trying to sway our decisions, but allowing us time to come to the right decision for us. He knew the background of all the people who viewed, having done his research. We sold for full price as a result of the amount of viewings he obtained. When the pandemic hit, things slowed down, but we did manage to complete on the purchase, with Rorhan keeping us advised of the position of the buyers in these unusual times. We wanted a family to take on our much loved family home, and that is what we managed to achieve.
