GoogleTerrible when needed to take action. Called up everyday to see if we can arrange for a viewing for a lettings property where the tenant was being difficult for veiwings. However, there was no update from them of the outcome as i had to constantly call them. When i asked if the lanlord is aware of the issue and flag it to him/her, they did not want to and failed to do so.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOutstanding one of a kind service, prior to dealing with B Simmons I was looking for a property to rent for 2 months. It was exhausting, but one Monday morning I saw an advertisement for a property in Langley advertised obviously by B Simmons on onthemarket.com. I gave them a call them at 10am and viewed the property at 12.30pm. Their services was very professional and efficient. My contract was drawn up by Thursday. The property was in immaculate condition and I would recommend B Simmons to anyone. It was Dominic and Deb that I dealt with and their services and prompt replies are outstanding! He and the rest of B Simmoms has always been approachable and normally return phone calls when needed. very pleased with service. Also very please with all my dealing with Deb for rentals. She is very approacable and sorts everything out quickly. I have now been with Simmons for 4 years never had a problem

GooglePoor Customer Service, Left us waiting outside in the Rain outside property. When I called they said it was a glitch as they accepted offer the previous day on the property, I wouldn't mind if I didn't have to go through big sign up process, talking to agent the day before, surely the agent should have remembered, either way, have had my details removed from their system now, and will no recommend moving forward.
