We were passed from renting to one agent to Belvoir and feared the transition but we found Belvoir to be very professional and courteous and definitely got things done. When we left the property their lettings manager ,Reece Creighton, handled matters with expert professionalism and fairness and proved to be a real help when needed and I thank him very much.

GoogleWell I would have to say you are not doing very well, particularly in the record keeping department. We had one property which we let through you and which we sold three to four years ago. One of the reasons we sold it was we felt you had taken your eye off the ball and the property had fallen into a state of disrepair.

Dear Mrs Layton thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we always ask for feedback although not usually bad I am pleased to say. I am sorry to learn that you felt I was rude, I was merely disappointed to hear that after we had spent several hours preparing your property sales listing you and your son had changed your minds, I regret my flippant comment that we should state ‘registered charity’ over our door as this was inappropriate, I wasn’t feeling brilliant that day as recently received news of my Fathers death, so I guess to find out we had wasted valuable time with any financial recovery of costs, didn’t add to my day. Once again I am sorry to have reacted the way I did, this is out of character. I was also disappointed to hear that you and son didn’t value the services of local agents helping you relet your flat and that you thought portals such as Rightmove were not needed and that you would let it though Facebook Please be careful with regards to the Deregulation Act, Deposit Protection legislation in conjunction with satisfying all the conditions now linked to the recent tenant fee ban and section 21 6a requirements as you are going alone in letting, which is risky if you are not aware of all the legalities around letting.

I have used this agent for the past 7 years truly professional honest and hard working excellent staff and. Management. The always put the tenant needs first no matter what time a situation arises. They always go the extra mile despite this sometime costing me the owner extra costs but to ensure a happy tenant is always their aim.

GoogleThe service was fine when becoming a tenant and during the tenancy. It was then ruined by the check out. I do not wish that experience on anyone . If you have one spec of dust beware. You will lose a significant proportion of your deposit and be made to feel dirty.

Have always received excellent service and advice. Any problems with tenants have always been sorted efficiently. Any problems with the property have also been dealt with efficiently so that tenants are kept happy. I would definately recommend them and use them again.
