GoogleA gem of an estate agent. I'm so glad I used them to sell my house. They were friendly, helpful and approachable at the same time as providing a quick, efficient and professional service. I was kept in touch at every step of the way and offered sound advice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have used Carling Jones for letting properties since they started and have been extremely happy with there attentive attitude towards us and also our tennants. We have also bought and sold property with them on quite a few occasions and again very pleased with there speed at moving things on!! would highly recommended .

GoogleWe rented a property through Carling Jones for 3 and a half years.Throughout this period we found them to be consistently helpful and attentive to any problems that arose. When the contract ended they were more than happy to help us with the deposit recovery.

GoogleDon't rent with them! Didn't keep their side of the contract (roof not weatherproof, leaked onto electrics), unpleasant to try and deal with, clearly no scruples as still expected me to honour contract (pay them despite having to move out). Left me out of pocket and very stressed out; avoid at all costs!

GoogleSome of the kindest people I have ever worked with. Nothing is too much for them. I rented a property from them for a year and if ever there was a problem they were there to help within the day! Couldn’t recommend them anymore! Thank you!

GoogleThis estate agent encourages gazumping. Don't expect an accepted offer to mean anything with them. Clearly dishonest and are driven by greed. I'm only posting this to try prevent this happening to anyone else. There are plenty of other estate agents out there who do not tolerate this unethical practice.

GoogleExcellent service, efficient, friendly and professional. Mark couldn't have been more helpful, even showing us around the property on his way home from work. Would highly recommend. Why not try small and local rather than one of the bigger chains.

GoogleAwful-didn't help me at all as rented house full of black mould due to leak caused by landlord's.bungled DIY job. Not interested at all in my distress.
