Joe and Micheal were excellent at helping us buy our home, it may of taken around 10 months because of the chain but all through out they kept us updated and informed and nothing was too much trouble, every email and every phone call was answered, they kept me calm through the tough times which helped so much, they were sooo supportive. I have to give Five stars here as we've just moved (finally after a long and difficult few months of searching for the right place). Our house was sold very quickly in a seller's market by Your Move for the right money and to the right kind of buyers most importantly! A very professional outfit headed up by Joe Jenkins. We feel lucky that we chose to sell with Your move Sittingbourne at a very, very difficult time. For us trying to find a place to buy that wasn't horribly overpriced due to limited supply and too much demand and for the property professionals too who had never seen a housing market like this before. Many deals were simply falling apart, including us having two lots of sellers pull out on a deal with us due to change of mind. Fortunately Your move Sittingbourne had found us an understanding buyer that was happy and able to sit and wait for us to find somewhere and this really gave us some peace of mind when it could easily have been yet another thing to be stressful about. They were also excellent at keeping us informed and giving sound guidance throughout the whole process. I honestly wonder if we would have managed to find our beautiful home at such a tricky time when we had no choice but to move (SDLT holiday, Covid etc etc) without this support! Like Traffic Wardens, Estate Agents do get a lot of stick and to be fair, it is often deserved. HOWEVER, Your Move at Sittingbourne definitely isn’t one of them! We chose Your Move after a long and fruitless relationship with another Estate Agent. We chose Your Move from another three Agents invited to tender. Why? We were both very impressed with what Joe, the Manager, had to say, his ides, his honesty and obvious experience was evident. He also seemed a very genuine chap to boot. Their rates were competitive and clearly explained. Once signed up with Your Move, we were getting more viewings from the get-go, always accompanied by Joe, or his No.2, Michael. We received feed-back after EVERY viewing and they were very understanding and supportive when we asked to hold-off with viewings during the third Lockdown. Viewings subsequently recommenced but offers were thin on the ground. It was finally suggested we reduce the asking price to generate more interest. It worked and we had a SOLD sign out-front within 10 days! Furthermore, by changing the price, we got exactly the price we wanted all along - thanks Michael👍. I still don’t know how that was achieved? Help didn’t stop there. Having sold our home, we found ourselves in a buying frenzy and couldn’t secure a new home. We found several but offering the asking price and sometimes even higher wasn’t enough! Your Move were fully supportive throughout - keeping us and our buyer here fully informed, in addition to weekly catch-up calls to us and our buyer. The support didn’t stop there……..having finally secured a new home and three weeks away from everyone’s target date, one Solicitor in our chain (not ours) went on holiday. Not a problem? Oh, yes it was! She left an uncommunicative and incompetent three-year-old in charge! Suddenly, our Completion date was in jeopardy. Were it not for the skill, experience and unrelenting prodding and chasing by Joe at Your Move, dates would have been missed and our chain would have broken. As things stand, we Exchanged last Friday and Complete and retire to the seaside in Norfolk on our target date, next week! Anyone who knows me will know I don’t say the following lightly but……..Thank You to EVERYONE at Your Move in Sittingbourne for keeping us sane and for all your hard work and support and professionalism. I would like to say that I would never use this company to sell again Conner does not work for you to get the right price like other companies , though your paying him . He works with whoever , to get a sale just to get he's commission making you feel like your home is worthless so you except , the hounds you just to get he's sale to buy an engagement ring then rubs it in your face . The whole thing has put me off estate agents , be wary I wish I had.

I have moved 7 times in the last 35 years and Your Move stands head and shoulders above the rest. My previous experience is that once the estate agent has found a buyer they don’t want to know you, but this has not been the case with your Move. From the first time they visited they have not been in the least bit pushy and have always got back to me promptly with any queries I had. What I appreciated most was Connor’s kind and human approach, as we all know how stressful moving is. I would thoroughly recommend them - and I never thought I’d say that about an estate agent!!
