Selling a house can be by all means very stressful. Quealy & Co was most definitely the best choice we made. From the literature produced, details uploaded to various sites to all the market report updates we got were thorough and very descriptive. We were very impressed by every viewing that was carried out with potential buyers, all done professionally and with plenty of time. Rob, Dee, and Annabelle worked diligently to hold a very long stressful chain together. Not only did they keep the chain strong downwards, the whole team was very helpful once I was ready to purchase a property forward. They are definitely a very exceptional establishment and would highly recommend them. There is definitely success where a Good Rapport is the Ethos. Thank you all, Raj Chotai - Sale of Queenfield.

I am posting on behalf of my daughter Amy . “I can’t recommend Quealy&Co in particular Annabelle highly enough. She went above and beyond in helping us with our recent very problematic house sale and purchase. We used Yopa to sell our grade 2 listed house and had no end of trouble and delays caused by Gravesham Council Heritage department. Yopa proved to be extremely unhelpful and gave us no support whatsoever . But Annabelle could not have been more different.Without her support and professionalism we would never have got to exchange and completion. How she managed to keep the chain together I’ll never know! Thank you so much Annabelle for everything!

We’ve just moved into our house after a 7 month saga caused by Gravesham council Heritage department & a number of cheap incompetent solicitors. Annabelle went above & beyond, constantly chasing updates from all agents & solicitors in the chain. I honestly think without her tenacity the chain would have fallen apart long ago. She listened to me rant on more than one occasion out of frustration but always kept her composure & managed to keep her sense of humour! Thank you Annabelle!

Quealey & Co was firstly recommended to me by a friend. I have to say I have been blown away by the amount of support they have provided all the way through our sale. This was the first property we had ever sold and everything was of course very new. I can not thank Quealey enough, especially their patience in replying to all of my millions of questions. We had quite a complex sale and any query I had, they always answered and if they didn’t know the answer, they would find out. I must say their communication was faultless. As tenants who recently immigrated to the UK, it is often easy to feel like a commodity in a real estate trading system and that agents don't really care about you as a person. Quealy & Co did an amazing job of changing this perception for us and treated us extremely well. They were open and honest from the start and we quickly got the impression that if we look after our rented house as if it is our own and respect, they will go the extra mile for us - and they surely did just that!! If we didn't have to move out of the area due to a new job, we would probably still be living there in 3-5 year's time! A special thanks to Karen Hunt, Emmet Quealy and Robert Feast for making us feel at home right through our tenancy, it is greatly appreciated!!

When we decided to put our house on the market we had no hesitation on what estate agents to use! We used Quealy’s previously to find a property and they were excellent 4 years ago too so we knew straight away we wanted them to sell our family home. From the start when Michael came round to value the house I found them extremely efficient and friendly. We had an offer on our house within 1 hour of the house being on the market. After 6 weeks we still didn’t manage to find a house that we wanted to buy so our buyers pulled out. I panicked and called Quealys and spoke to Annabelle who was so lovely and calmed me down and assured me they would find another buyer ASAP. Only a few days later and we had another offer at the full asking price! Annabelle was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the whole process. She always returned my calls and always emailed me back in a timely manor. We completed on the 11th January and I can honestly say Quealys helped make the whole process easier and stress free! I would highly recommend x

I have twice bought from the Oulsnam team in Northfield, once as a nervous first time buyer, and second time round in a slightly more complex but no less stressful situation. I've never once had a bad interaction with this team. Ann in particular has been an incredibly helpful and calming influence at various points and has worked wonders in holding the chain together and communicating with everyone. I received an excellent service from start to finish. The customer service team were very responsive and very flexible as I had to keep changing arrangements due to the unknown delivery timeframe of my goods that were being shipped from overseas. The delivery and collection teams were highly professional, prompt and courteous. And the finance team even processed a refund to me without my asking and - again - very promptly. I cannot recommend the service they provided enough and would look to them - without hesitation - in the future should I ever need to hire furniture again.
