FacebookCan't fault the team at all. Nick was amazing and always there to answer my questions. Tina was really friendly to deal with too. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They have great local knowledge and the listings the put online are full of detail and information. If I was ever to sell again I'd only use Lamborne Hill. Thank you for such a smooth sale and purchase.

GoogleI recently made some phone calls to my local agents in Sittingbourne as we will soon be looking move and I must say Emily Bess at Lamborn & Hill was by far the most polite agent I spoke too and was really very helpful, she took a great interest in my search and requirements and I will 100% be using Lamborn & Hill over anyone else in the high street. GoogleEveryone from Lamborn Hill have been so lovely. Moving out is an exciting but also a stressful time, the staff seemed genuinely excited for us which was really nice and the clear, fast communication with them took away some of the stress. We are also so pleased with how quickly everything was organised for us. We viewed our flat on a Monday and had been sent all the paperwork, paid the holding fee etc by Tuesday! Thank you :)

GoogleI couldn’t recommend LambornHill highly enough. From the maintenance of a commercial property through to its completion of sale, everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much despite it being a challenging property and they made it a breeze when dealing with solicitors, contractors or tenants.

Any time we have needed something done in the house it is dealt with urgency and we have constantly been kept up to date and it's normally done within a few days. It's the best service I've ever received from an agency. We feel listened to and understood and also an important part of the process. Cannot fault them at all.
