GoogleI cannot fault the service I received from Lambourn in selling my late parents’ property. Harvey kept us updated every step of the way with a weekly telephone call and reassured us when legal processes out of our control slowed the sale down. We eventually exchanged and completed on the same day to everyone’s delight. Thank you for a first class service and especially to Harvey whose professional and cheery manner made the whole process bearable. Would highly recommend this company.

GoogleHonestly, the sales team at Lamborn Hill were second to none. They were more than accommodating, supportive and keen to meet the needs I had no matter how big or small. They went over and above to ensure my purchase completed on My deadline, kept me updated every step of the way and made me feel like my sale was the only one they were concerned with. Jay was absolutely amazing at taking ownership for my purchase. The work he put in was honestly outstanding. Harvey was also so helpful in linking everyone together and updating regularly. Thankyou all so much for everything. Would recommend every time.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant Estate Agents, all the team are very approachable welcoming and work so hard. We had a very long drawn out sale mainly due to covid and the fact our house was with a previous estate agent with very poor outcome. As soon as we approached Lamborn Hill we had our house back up for sale within a week, then lockdown came so it wasn’t until March we sold even though our chain was very short We still encountered difficulties. Patience and perseverance from sharon Paterson was outstanding she went above and beyond her role in all areas of our sale and future purchase always being encouraging and giving advice and taking steps to push through all the difficulties we have never known anyone so committed and hard working The team of Heather, Lily, Sarah, Demi and Emily apologies if I missed anyone out were a pleasure to speak with always so friendly and polite I think we must be one of the worse sale they experienced over such a long drawn out period but they never gave up So if you need an estate agent use Lamborne Hill as they are truly outstandingPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Helped me a lot when I got taken out of work. Always polite and always friendly. I cannot mention a single member of staff below as everyone I had dealings with were equally as good as each other.

GoogleAfter a difficult conveyancing process during the Covid-19 pandemic, I moved to Lamborn & Hill as my agent. Heather and the her team were fantastic in making sure I was kept updated, that things progressed quickly and that the whole process was so much smoother and easier. GoogleI was served a section 21 because this complete joker (Ann) that saw that I was improving the property from when I moved in and thought that could get more money if she got me out and rented it to someone else afterwards but I left it exactly the same as the day I moved in. I was told that the carpets in the flat were brand new to then spend hundreds of pounds getting rid of flees. An "Ann" thought that had the right to tell me how to live in my rented property to the point of telling me that I had "too many plants" in the conservatory extension and I had to get rid of them because it was causing "condensation" inside the house 🤦🏻♀️ even though the roof had gaps where I was getting the leaves from the trees through. When I asked for a fan extractor in the kitchen I was told to open the windows in the middle of winter with negative temperatures and blizzard winds. The double glazing windows had enough gaps and the gas and electric bills were ridiculous. Three months after I moved in I was really busy with work and hadn't unpacked a lot of the boxes and I was told that I had too much furniture and that I should get rid of some. Even not have had made hardly any use of the property I was (again) being conned by "Ann" and her moving out inventory. She tried every trick in the book to not return my deposit. Two weeks after moving out this same property was rented out again and no work was done to it. The fleas will comeback, the winter will be costly, still no ventilation and Ann will be going around telling people how to live in their homes with floorings stinking of dog piss. If you have a friend in need that might end up staying with you for a few weeks Ann would like you to make a new contract so they can waste your money on "check" that are never done. They are only interested in how much you earn and if you look like the type that will walk away from their deposit without disputes...

Lamborn got down to nitty gritty and sorted any issue’s queries the same day. Communication was excellent and to the point. GoogleI was happy at the beginning when met Emily to show me the property. The things is after you pay them, they forward your details to a third party reference agent, and if you don't chase and call them, you won't be contacted to deal with your tenancy. Unknown date of moving in:) which is ridiculous, and a fee deducted after all time wasted. Avoid for a peace of mind.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you for your review, it is always helpful to receive feedback, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided, as you stated we do use a 3rd party referencing company which is clearly stated on the application form, unfortunately due to Covid they have been slower than normal in requesting further information. I understand that you have now decided to go with another property and wish you all the best with that application.
