Having used Bairstow Eves for a very smooth house purchase back in 2019, I immediately contacted the team again for my sale in 2021. Undecided on letting or selling the property, the Bairstow Eves team in their Sittingbourne branch patiently took me through both options, and I felt fully informed to allow me to make a decision. Fees were clear and transparent from the start, and the process of each decision was fully explained. Deciding to sell, a very realistic selling price was decided upon - which I was more than content with. An open house was quickly set up, and within one day, 7 offers were on the table! To my delight, all were over the asking price, with the final accepted price significantly advance of the asking - All thanks to the hard work of the wonderful team at Bairstow Eves. The sale went through smoothly and quickly, and the BE team were great at keeping me informed as to progress. Fees were fixed, so there were no surprises, even though the house sold for more than anticipated. I absolutely recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone in the Sittingbourne area thinking of buying or selling a property.

I cannot thank David, Paige and Ed at Bairstow Eves Sittingbourne enough. An extremely professional team who go above and beyond for you (even kept in contact with us when it was their day of!) We was kept informed throughout the whole process, they answered our emails straight away, always returned phone calls and in constant contact with our solicitor. They really do go that extra mile. Professional, first class customer service but most of all their kindness was key. Thank you guys for helping us with our sale and making our dreams come true finding our new home.

These guys took on selling my property back in October, finalised on the 18th December. Wasnt plain sailing through no fault of the team, but Kelly and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure it crossed the line. Even went above and beyond what they're expected to do to help. Would strongly recommend them. They took on board that I had previous issues with other firms harassing me every week to start the sale process, but these guys respected my wishes and didn't put any pressure on me at all. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

We had another estate agent for 3 months before we met Kelly and her team. In the first week with Bairstow we had more viewings than in the 3 months before.
