My experience of purchasing via Twenty Twenty property could not have been better. Adam was very friendly, incredible helpful and thoroughly professional throughout the process of my purchase. He kept me informed with regular updates with regards all aspects of my chain (well before my own estate agents!) and was very reassuring whenever I encountered any challenges along the way. I can’t quite express how much Adam’s support helped me! Adam is clearly so passionate about his estate agency business and that absolutely shines through - I was so impressed with his knowledge of estate agency and the housing market process from the first viewing of the property right through to my completion date. I felt like Adam was my estate agent, even though I was actually buying from his clients, that’s how diligent, supportive and professional Adam was throughout the transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Twenty Twenty property to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Mid Devon; it is the only estate agency I will be using should I ever sell my Silverton property in the future. From start to finish, Adam was so helpful. We really did feel like he went the extra mile for us all the way through - from his attention to detail with the initial photos and advertisement, to getting us the best possible sale price, to chasing things up and keeping our chain together. His communication was first rate and he really was the glue that held the whole thing together. There was one particular house we wanted to buy, and Adam managed to get ours on the market, viewings done, and sale agreed for above the asking price in just over a week! This is our 12th house move between us, and boy did we save the best ‘til last. Adam is the ultimate professional. An exceptional communicator, and always responsive, he was always on top of the sale, and we knew exactly what was happening from start to finish. We found the digital property file dashboard really useful as we could keep track of all of our viewings, and see how the sale was progressing from offer through to exchange.
