We would highly recommend Adam and Twenty Twenty Property, he has been fantastic throughout our sale process. Adam gave clear and helpful advice around getting our property ready to go on the market and involving Ellie to review the house with us and make her styling recommendations for the photographs and viewings was great. The way in which Adam priced and marketed our property attracted lots of interest, viewings and several offers. From start to finish, Adam’s communication was amazing, taking time to explain things if needed, liaising seamlessly with everyone involved in our sale and keeping us well informed. We are sincerely extremely grateful to Adam for his hard work in getting our sale completed. We could not begin to imagine how much harder our sale would have been if it wasn’t with Adam.

Adam was quite frankly the best team mate I could have wished for when handling the recent sale of my home. It was an emotionally tricky situation which he dealt with kindly, taking on the elements I could not but keeping me informed throughout. I wholly appreciated his calm and matter-of-fact approach, the care he took to present my home beautifully and that he was always willing to hear my perspective before progressing anything. He valued our house realistically and it sold quickly. The photography was brilliant as was the house staging. We recently completed on the purchase of a property marketed by Adam and TwentyTwenty. The work he and his team did on dressing the property and the photography for viewings was quite brilliant. Were I selling in a saturated market looking to stand out, I think TwentyTwenty would achieve that in spades. Their communication was quick, professional and informative - I got more about progression of the sale through them than through my own selling agents! Adam was really helpful in making sure that communication was kept up between all parties in the chain, particularly when some solicitors were challenging to get hold of. Always easy to get hold of and responded quickly and helpfully. I also found him to be very helpful in letting me know what each stage of the house moving process consisted off...particularly when solicitors were not so clear in their explanations! He was definitely a big help in getting the house sale moving much more quickly than it would have done without him!
