Whitaker Seager Chalford Hill reviews

Thank you, Charles, for your five-star rating and your patience throughout the sale. We hope you enjoy transforming your new home. Wishing you good luck with the renovations. Warmest of wishes Liz and Amy

Dear Eleanor, we truly understandable and appreciate your frustration and disappointment. As estate agents, we are commissioned and paid by our vendors to sell their homes. It's our function to promote their properties in the very best manner to attract as much interest as possible. You, like so many other like-minded families, fell in love with a very popular house located in a well-liked setting. We presented the multiple bids to our clients, who then read and digested each one. After receiving their instructions, on who they chose to be their buyer, we had to inform all parties, including the unsuccessful ones. It is the hardest part of any estate agent's role, due to the heartbreak is causes. Eleanor, our whole team wish you and your family well in buying your next home. Kindest of regards Liz, Amy, Rachel, and Jason.
