GoogleI am quite frankly appalled by Whitager Seagers business ethic in connection with house sales having just made a offer on one of their properties about a month ago. Just by chance I noticed on rightmove the property had been removed and despite talking to them about two days ago they did not have the courtesy to contact me that another offer had been accepted. On contacting the senior partner I was given a feeble apology that they thought I had been informed. I am very angry at being treated in such a cavalier manner and it would seem that a number of offers were being held on the table without being honest with the people making the offers. This is a company I now have zero confidence in and certainly would not recommend to anyone else.

Sadly our vendor needed to accept an offer from a buyer that was in a buying position to proceed. That said we should have called to update you. As such we completely and utterly understand your anger and disappointment in Whitaker Seager and take seriously your comments moving forward. If it wasn't for Whitaker Seager our story would be very different, they sprinkled their magic dust on us and made a Christmas miracle happen! Rachel, Liz and Amy - what a team. Amy and Liz delivered on this, were straightforward to deal with, and were also proactive, and dedicated in their approach to following up on info further down a tricky chain. GoogleI engaged Whitaker Seager to sell my cotswold stone cottage. I had lived there for 26 years so had no experience of the current housing market. I had the most wonderful service throughout. All the staff were highly professional, responsive and when needed supportive. This included advice to sell my home and guidance on my prospective purchase. I have no hesitation is highly recommending them. Throughly nice people too!

GoogleLiz came to visit our house knowing we were only in the process of a financial review and had no imminent plans to sell. She came prepared with reports of other properties sold locally, spent over 2 hours with us. Not only did she spend time talking about the positives but also some of the areas that might be less popular with prospective buyers. Her valuation was considered and thoughtful. She was very professional. The whole appointment was managed excellently. Whitaker Seagar set out to offer a more personable service. Our appointment was certainly that. If and when we do come to sell we will defiantly be talking to Whitaker Seager.

GoogleWe recently purchased our family home through Whitaker Seager and they were exemplary throughout the transaction. Always responsive to our enquiries, willing to meet at the property on a weekend and just generally awesome to deal with! In my eyes, this level of diligence is exactly what we would want if we were selling a property. The ability to represent their clients best interests whilst offering a level of customer service to us as purchasers is a difficult one to manage but Whitaker Seager did this with ease, professionalism and good humour.
