GoogleWe used sinclair for the sale of our last propery and we were very please with their professionalism and comprehensive service. Wendy at the sileby branch in perticular was always at my side when we needed her and remained comunactive and helpful through out. And Pete left a great first impression when he came to value our house with his no nonsense attitude, he gave us the true value of our house and came through with all his promises.

GooglePete and Wendy dealt with the sale of our house, service and fees very good. Importantly valuation was realistic and resulted in viewings and offers. Other agents may value higher to get the business and promise the world , but does your house get sold or buyers through the door.

GoogleFrom our first contact we were helped all the way to completion the assessor explained everything to us including the costs the office manager, Wendy, was there for us anytime, it felt like she must live in the office never seemed to have time off. We had very few issues, not of which were down to them, but they were solved with speed efficiency and a smile.
