GooglePete and Wendy at Sinclair Sileby made a potentially stressful process really straightforward. I felt supported, and their experience and professionalism was clear from the outset. All communication was clear, efficient and friendly. I felt the pictures, brochure and advertising were produced with genuine care and took into account the unique selling points of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

GoogleA big thank you to Sinclair, especially Wendy & Jane who were brilliant from start to finish! Our house initially sold very quickly thanks to Wendy. Through a lengthy chain process Jane helped us immensely. Always available to take our calls and keep us informed, as well as chasing people throughout the chain when things had slowed or became frustrating. I would have no doubt in recommending them or using Sinclair again. Thank you!

GoogleWe received excellent service from Sinclair’s with the sale of a property. They were efficient, effective, professional and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We were kept well up to speed with what was happening, but they also communicated effectively with both the purchaser and solicitor in order to progress the sale. We have other properties, and advice regarding valuation and rental rates was very helpful. Responses to requests for assistance were always responded to positively and quickly. They facilitated access to the property for work while we were away, and assisted with queries relating to power. I highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleThe process end to end was very thorough and even though there were some slight delays (our end!), everything was dealt with swiftly and professionally! Fantastic service and would definitely use Sinclair in the future! Wendy is especially amazing and so helpful :)
