GoogleWe can’t rate the team at Your Move Estate Agents Edwards in Sidmouth highly enough. We have used them for both buying and selling of several properties in Sidmouth and have found their service to be exceptional. The whole process from valuation to completion has always been made less stressful thanks to their professionalism, ALWAYS keeping us informed of any changes or questions via e mail or daily phone calls. Our main dealings have been with Mandy - she’s is a one off! NOTHING is too much trouble, without any exaggeration if it had not been for Mandy our sale would not have proceeded. GoogleWe were undecided whether or not to move house for a round 18 months, then during the first lockdown we finally decided it was time. We contacted 3 estate agents in Sidmouth, the first 2 valued the house at about the same price but Your Move Edwards valued it significantly higher. After discussing the reasons for this I became convinced it was based on sound knowledge and understanding of the Sidmouth property market so we listed with Your Move that day. The number of viewings generated was extraordinary and the feedback timely and comprehensive. We eventually lowered the price a little on advice received which tipped us into the top of different a price band on Rightmove and got an offer at full asking price from the very next viewing! Throughout the entire process I have been very happy and impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the whole team and I would have no hesitation in recommending this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Sidmouth.
