Your Move Estate Agents were our third-choice agents to re market our property having firstly returned to the agent that originally sold it to us and then another local agent. We are only sorry that we never used Piers Edwards and his team at Your Move in the first instants, as our main reason for our dis-satisfaction from the other agents was lack of communication and regular up-dates, which Piers and his team managed to do having informed him that was what we expected, and that's what we got. The whole team were totally professional and on the ball. Sadly, we were unable to sell our property at this time but realize that the market at the moment is not great, so we have decided to use their rental services and just waiting for the contracts to be prepared. I have no hesitation in recommending Piers and his team at Your Move, Sidmouth if you are thinking of marketing your property or even looking to buy. Thank You All at Your Move, Sidmouth.

The Sidmouth Your Move team handled the sale of my mothers property, although they may have chosen not to if they’d realised how complicated it was going to get! Piers gave us honest and realistic market advice from the start that proved to be spot on.
