GoogleWe just moved to Sidmouth after a few months of trying to relocate from London. It has been a long and stressful time but Mandy Lewis at Your Move has been absolutely fantastic! Mandy was always reassuring, pleasant, communicating regularly and she has made the experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend Your Move Estate Agents and I would use them again in the future.

GoogleThe selling (via another agent) and then the buying (via YourMove) of our property has not gone smoothly due to circumstances completely out of the control of YourMove. However Mandy has been the pilot that has kept the ship steady and the glue that held the process together. Her conscientious approach and her tenacity when dealing with other agencies was exceptional. She was always quick to return our calls or emails and her guiding hand was much appreciated. GoogleMandy and the team worked so hard to get us in our new house. If it wasn't for Mandy finding out our buyers solicitors hadn't even started when the completion date was 4 weeks away. And then they said it would take 16 to 20 weeks for them to complete, Mandy wasn't having that she called and emailed them every other day and got it down to 6-weeks. We would still be living in our old house if it wasn't for Mandy. GoogleWe recently purchased our lovely new home in Sidmouth through Your Move Edwards. From the outset Sarah was helpful, professional and always there to advise. We had a very rocky moment when things could have gone badly wrong but Sarah remained calm and was able to negotiate a way forward. We are delighted with our new home and can't thank Sarah and the Right Move Edwards team enough. Should we ever decide to move we wouldn't hesitate in asking them to market our property - but we hope not to be moving any time soon!

Mandy often went above and beyond what was expected and was hanging in there with us during what ended up being a pretty long process. If you're selling your house, their walk-through videos are the best in the business and really help prospective buyers get a proper feel for the property, before and after viewings. Can't recommend them/Mandy enough.

GoogleHaving moved down to Sidmouth during the pandemic with my wife and mother-in-law we then sought to buy our own house and were very pleased to get to do so through Your Move Edwards. With a lot of other places shut on the high street, it was great to walk in and talk to Piers about options before getting very efficiently arranged viewings with Sarah. Viewings were really well done to fit lockdown rules and then we had a nice & quick bidding process which Piers helped talk us through. A slightly delayed exchange & completion process was helped over the line with Piers' support and he helped bridge the negotiations with ourselves and the seller without getting overly involved. Hope not to need to use them again soon (as we really love the house) but wouldn't hesitate to do so.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
