GoogleSo impressed with village estates in Sidcup. They are open, honest and accurate throughout the whole process. Completely changed my perception of estate agents. A big thank you to Brett, Serena and Del. You kept me updated and I knew what was going on the whole time.

GoogleBuyer beware This estate agent deliberately kept me in the dark about the onward chain and the vendors claim that they would vacate the property. I asked several times for them to confirm the vendors intentions and they never returned my calls. I was left on the day of exchange to be told ‘by the vendor’ that (1) they were no longer willing to vacate ... and (2) there was an onward chain . Village Estates were completely silent on both counts . They never contacted me at all . I am completely disgusted by their conduct and would NEVER use them . They displayed every behaviour that gives estate agents a bad name .

Google4 phone calls about 4 different property for rent. 4 the same excuses "I have to check up with tenants and will let you know" then take all details and guess what.. . Never called back me or my husband. Flats are still on market and they still not calling you back.. Really useless
