My experience with Ellie from the sales team was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the very beginning, both my wife and I felt that she was looking down on us, possibly because we were dressed casually when attending the viewing. Despite this, I made an offer on the property **on the spot**. Unfortunately, Ellie forgot to send the offer to the owner. When I called the office the following day, another staff member informed me that Ellie was off and that they would send the offer to the owner themselves. This was already very frustrating and did not give a good impression of their organisation. After my first offer was rejected, I submitted a second offer. I then had to chase Ellie for **two days** just to get any update. When I finally managed to reach her, she told me she still didn’t have an answer but needed a large number of documents to verify that I could afford the property. What I found very strange was that she could not give me a simple yes or no on the offer, yet she was already questioning whether I had the financial means. This would have meant spending several more days providing documents only to possibly receive another rejection. To make matters worse, I had already **accepted an offer on my current property**, something Ellie was aware of. She even contacted other agencies about my situation **without my permission**, which I found completely inappropriate. Overall, the entire experience felt very unprofessional and dismissive. As a serious buyer, I expected basic communication and respect, neither of which I received.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at the Village Estates Sidcup Branch for such a wonderful and seamless property purchase experience, but a special mention to Delroy for his hard work and attentiveness during the progression stage. From when we first called the branch to arrange a viewing to finally getting the keys to our dream home, the entire team were so helpful. It’s always stressful buying, selling and moving… or so we thought. The team took away a lot of that stress, purely by how helpful and invested they were. There were always friendly voices whenever we called and exceptional customer service from the team whenever we popped into the branch. We have no plans to move (yet) but when the time comes, we wouldn’t think twice and would absolutely be using Village Estates. A huge thank you to all of you!

Best Estate agents in the area! The guys at Village Estate have been from day one professional, helpful and very organised when we sold our home with them. We went to Village Estates when our current agent was being unsupportive and slow. Charlie was fantastic and by the weekend we had more people asking to view than there was time to fit them in! In the end we had 10 viewings and got 6 offers, the highest of which was £11K higher than our previous agent had managed after months. Sadly it was then that our buyer through the other agency suddenly was ready to complete, so we had to turn down Village's amazing offers for the sake of speed. I really regret not choosing Village Estates to begin with as they are definitely the best agency in Sidcup by a long way. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property as they worked incredibly hard for us and did an amazing job.

Liz Payne, Charlie and Brett in my opinion are at the top of their game. We had one of the most complex moves out by relocting in a very large chain. However, our house was sold in 4 days due to Charlie. Liz then kept pushing, chasing and keeping my wife and I daily. There was complications all the way from other solicitors, vendors etc...
