Fantastic service from valuation through to completion. We decided to use the team at ewe move to sell our property after being impressed during a purchase viewing, Nicoleta led the sale of our property and she couldn’t have done a more thorough job. The level of commitment to selling our house was exceptional, and despite two buyers pulling out still retained the same drive to get a sale over the line, she also gave some great advice around presenting the house for potential buyers, always prompt for viewings and very well prepared! We had previously tried to sell through another agent locally and their service was appalling, giving up after it didn’t sell within the first month, so what a pleasure to find an agent that really put the effort in! I would fully recommend using Ewe Move to anyone selling!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Edd from Ewe Move. It was so refreshing to have an estate agent who was upfront, honest and who kept us up date throughout the whole process. With all the normal stresses of moving home it is so important that you have an agent that you can trust. With Edd we had the added benefit of him always being reachable which took away a lot of the pressure. Clinton is a real gem! Thanks EweMove! Clinton at EweMove handled the sale of my leasehold flat in Oct 2022. He stood out from the rest, the approach endorsed by EweMove, video greetings and clear communication made it a no brainer for me to instruct them. Throughout a complicated process owing to a leasehold variation that spanned properties across the UK, Clinton was on hand early and late to provide his knowledge on the steps and typical lead times. After a very bad experience with our previous estate agents we decided to hire Ewe Move Estate Agents to sell our property. From the get go we knew we made the correct decision.The initial visit from Kevin was very informative & you can tell he was very knowledgeable & experienced which gave us a lot of confidence that our property would sell. The process of setting us up was quick. Ed visited our property to take the photos. Again Ed was really helpful and gave us really good insight, & advice about pricing our property. He took really high quality photographs & included a virtual tour. To my surprise there was no charge & all part of the package. The viewing process by Kevin was excellent. He took actual time with potential buyers comparing that to our previous estate agents who most of the time didn’t even turn up for viewings. Kevin also gave us consistent feedback about the potential buyers, again, what we previously did not receive. After an offer was made Kevin was excellent keeping us informed, updating us when we asked as he knew it was an anxious time for us. We never had to chase him & always got back to us. Eventually we exchanged contracts & completed & it all worked out with the purchase of our new property. We can not thank Kevin enough & the overall service provided by Ewe Move. I feel if we didn’t change estate agents our lives would be very different. I highly recommend them & will share my experience with anyone I know who is selling up.

Kevin was amazing throughout the whole process. He has a down to earth style (no suits during viewings and honest with customers) which appealed to me when selling my home to potential buyers. His local knowledge of the Belvedere area is also an asset when showing viewers around. The selling process took 6 months and was a bit of a nightmare but Kevin always responded. He also sorted out any problems quickly. He has been very helpful and taken some of the stress away during the process of selling. I would recommend Kevin when selling my home. Took a while for us to sell our flat (due to factors totally out of the estate agents control!) We put our flat on the market with EweMove during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were very professional and respectful from the beginning. They gave solid and honest advice about the market and set realistic expectations with no sales pressure or tactics. The flat did spend some time on the market, however this is due to people's interest into moving into houses with gardens (COVID-19). EweMove supported us through these challenges and found the perfect buyer. Once we made the sale, they did not take a pushy approach like other agents. EweMoves human eyed approach was very supportive during the sale and with any queries or unknowns they provided clear guidance.
