GoogleWe engaged EweMove to put our property on the market a few months ago. Clint was excellent at explaining the process, and we felt his valuation of the house was fair. Nicoleta was amazing at organising viewings, showing great flexibility to accommodate our busy work schedules.
Although we received several offers, we ultimately decided not to proceed with the sale as we couldn't find a suitable property within our budget in our target areas. The team at EweMove was incredibly understanding of our situation.

Gemma is professional, responsive, and communicative throughout the whole process. She has a good understanding of the local market and was able to secure new tenants quickly at a strong rental rate. I also appreciated that the repair costs were kept reasonable and transparent, they didn’t overcharge for works that needed doing.

GoogleDon’t cut corners with your estate agent - paying for a good one is worth it if you want less stress during the moving process.
James and the team at EweMove were great from start to finish. The photos and walkthrough were excellent, communication was always quick, and they handled the negotiation really well.
They also worked closely with Complete ASAP (see my other review), who were also brilliant.
Moving house is stressful enough, but James and his team made the whole process far easier than expected. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAfter making the mistake of initially listing with a rival, who didn’t take much interested once they had us on their books, we then decided to re-list with Ewemove. We should have just listed with Ewemove in the first place - the time and effort we could have saved ourselves. Clint and his team was straight to work, selling our property before the listing even made it to Rightmove! Clint was eager to get viewings going straight away and kept us regularly informed. He was polite and helpful, handling any challenges with ease and chasing up stakeholders when required to ensure smooth progression. GoogleWe can not thank Edd@ Ewemove Dartford enough. He negotiated every hurdle a sale could face to get us completed. He is so personable, open and honest and hard working he really went above and beyond for both us and the buyers to progress things. Edd was with us from start to finish ( no multiple changes in workers like other estate agents we've had) and always kept us updated/ responded to queries quickly. He chased solictors and was proactive in trying to problem solve. Ewemove also have the complete ASAP service who help progress the sale that link with Edd and they also really helped alot to try and progress things.
Edd has sold multiple properties in our estate and everyone has said how great he is, so i know he works very hard on every sale. Our sale wasn't easy but I am absolutely sure without Edd's knowledge of sales, and his hard work it would have never happened, which is echoed in multiple of the reviews below

GoogleWe came to EweMove after a bad experience with a large corporate agency and are relieved we did. Kevin was extremely professional, friendly and courteous from beginning to end. He went out of his way to schedule viewings at our convenience, always provided feedback and was always available.
He smoothed exchange/completion as well by helping out with solicitors, communication and even collected keys in person on our final day in the property.
All told, he made what can be a stressful experience as stress free as possible.

GoogleKevin has been brilliant throughout this whole process. I must have driven him mad the amount of calls i made to him but never once did he not answer or fail to ring me back. The solicitor at the bottom of the chain was frustratingly slow to the point the whole deal could have quite easily fallen through. I am convinced the chasing and the work Kevin did which is over and above his role actually forced the deal over the line. Wouldn't hesitate to use Kevin again, great service with a personal touch.
