They are efficient, have great communication skills and really know their business. They work hard for their clients whatever the value of the property ( and if you ask Will nicely he will even water your plants for you!) I bought and now a few years later have sold my house through Holters and did not even consider using any other estate agents. I trusted them to do a good job and they totally excelled themselves, selling my house in under 10 days. They get 10 out of 10 all round.
