If you use DB Roberts and sell your property by auction, make sure they don't recommend I AM SOLD auctioneers to you. I was told my property would be sold in 56 days from the draft contracts being submitted, it took 10 months. Get any claims of that nature made, in writing. Use great CAUTION.
Dear Mr Smith,We are really sorry to hear this. We hope that all of our clients have a happy and successful transaction especially when we have timescales to work to. However, sometimes things are out of our control. We will most definitely give you a call to discuss this matter further and to make sure that we are still the agent you would use if you wish to move again. Kind Regards,DB Roberts

TrustpilotThis company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke, as they are commissioned based they only have their own interests at heart and are not interested in helping secure a property I was trying to purchase,I had a purchase with them agreed and the house taken off the market,Only to find out they still allowed others to view the proper And make offers to the vendor and sell the property fromUnderneath me, causing me to lose time and the property and money after instructing solicitors and paying a mortgage broker to get me the best deal,My advice to anyone reading this, is DO NOT buy with this company and avoid at all costs, they definitely can’t not be trusted and will screw you over to make a few more pennies for their own pocket.

TrustpilotEveryone at DB Roberts is excellent!
Everyone at DB Roberts is excellent at their job. All correspondents were handled with pristine attention to detail and amazing work by all involved. A special mention has to go to Alex who helped us in the first instance and always checked on us before and after our house viewings. He is a credit to the company and should be commended for his efforts in trying to find our forever home.
