GoogleHonestly the best estate agency in Shrewsbury! We have rented out a property using them as our managing agent, and they expedited the contract within 24 hours to help the tenant, which was amazing. We have also sold a property through them, which they sold within 24 hours of it going online and then handled the sales process with accuracy and experienced efficiency. We have also had 2 properties valued and the valuations arrived 2 hours after the site appraisal. I would never use anyone else in Shrewsbury now, they are head and shoulders above the competition with respect to customer service. What I like the most is the team's commitment to their clients, whether that is, buyer, vendor, tenant or landlord. They are extremely down to earth, honest, professional and all go out of their way to help. Simon, Tracie and Lindsey are simply an amazing team. Hardworking, realible, sincere and trustworthy along with being friendly and approachable. A rare combination, but one which adds up to superb customer service. I would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom start to finish Martin and Co were perfect! Lindsey and Tracie... Professional, engaged, efficient, caring, reliable and resourceful are a few of the words I'd use to describe them. Always there to help and no job is too big or small. This is the first time I have used Martin and Co and I have absolutely no doubt that it will not be the last. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship. Thank you for all your help, Abbas

GoogleDo not think twice, they are superb! Lindsey sold my property for a price that far exceeded my expectations. The communication, marketing and organisation from beginning to end were excellent.

GoogleHaving been with Martin and Co, just creeping up on a year, As most of us know moving homes can be an absolute disaster. However could not ask for a better estate agent 10/10 ! straight from day one everything has just been an absolute breeze, Cheerful, helpful but also professional to when it comes to making your stay a great one. If I had to pick one attribute about Martin and Co its their dedication to making your new home a pleasant one. Its been a great year and to the day the Martin and Co team still deliver that friendly "Lets get it done quick and efficiently" Attitude. Highly Recommended.

GoogleMartin and Co Shrewsbury look after a couple of my properties and I can honestly say they are friendly, efficient, competitive and a great team to work with. I would recommend to any discerning Landlords, so much so I use the Martin & Co brand in other areas of the country. Keep up the good work Simon, Tracie and the extended team!
